I'm always trying to find new, different, educational and/or fun things to experience. With that in mind, for the DMN community, I'd like to highlight **a few upcoming events related to the alternative data and quantitative investing industries where I'll be speaking**.

These are generally less familiar to the alternative data crowd compared to the incumbent conferences and thus, attract a different professional audience, so you're more likely to make new connections at them. Whether any event is the best one for you to attend, speak at, or sponsor obviously depends on your goals and needs. I'll share my experiences and let you decide which are worth your time. But since I will be speaking at these, I can guarantee that at least some educational alternative data content will be shared (and that you'll meet some interesting, well-connected people).
