I'm Jordan Hauer, and I've spent the last decade+ building a high signal network across buy-side data/investment teams, data providers and FinTech operators. Until now it's existed informally. The Data Market Network or DMN is me crystallizing it into a more structured system because the alternative data market is still weirdly inefficient for an industry that runs on information.

What is the Data Market Network (DMN)?

DMN is an invite-only, hybrid community designed to make the data & investing industries less opaque and more productive. We convene senior operators, including buy-side data sourcing leaders, data providers and data tools/infrastructure companies, through public community events, curated virtual events and exclusive dinners. Alongside the events, we collaborate on practical shared resources (open metadata taxonomies, vetted provider profile databases, diligence templates, workflow maps). DMN is meant to raise the standard for the entire market, enabling participants to connect, learn, and source/monetize valuable data more efficiently and effectively.

How does DMN Relate to Amass Insights?

Amass Insights is the research + sourcing & monetization engine (finding & displaying data, content, templates, landscapes & processes).
DMN is the community layer on top: curated events, invite-only circles, and collaborative resources that cut down time-to-value across the data & investing industries.
